Electronic Post Office Check Payment
A bill payment system using Olivetti M206 hardware that can be tailored to the store chain where it is implemented. It enables consumers to fill out and self-scan post office checks at any terminal located in a store that is part of a chain. It offers accurate character recognition using advanced OCR. The system can produce various reports for the purposes of the payment system.
